About

N13 Clarity is a high-information watch face designed for users who want important health, activity and daily data available at a glance without turning the screen into a wall of numbers. A large centred time display forms the heart of the design. Two configurable top fields, a compact date and battery section, and six independently configurable dashboard positions create a structured layout that keeps information organised and easy to scan throughout the day. ### Build the Dashboard Around You Choose the information that matters most to you from a wide range of available data: * Steps and weekly steps * Floors and weekly floors * Intensity Minutes * Heart Rate * Body Battery * Watch Battery * Active Calories * Total Kilocalories * Altitude * Training Status * Weather * Solar Intensity * Sunrise and Sunset * Stress * Respiration * Recovery Time * SpO2 * Distance * Notifications * Alarms * Barometric Pressure Sunrise and Sunset are the default top fields, but both can be replaced with other supported information. ### Improved Heart Rate and Training Information Heart Rate uses data already provided by your watch and includes improved handling when the primary reading is temporarily unavailable. Training Status has been refined for better readability in compact spaces and is available in the upper dashboard row, where longer status values have more room. Recovery Time and other longer fields also use clearer compact labels where needed. ### Weather at a Glance Weather can display the current temperature together with a compact condition such as SUN, CLOUDY, RAIN, STORM, SNOW or ICE. Temperature can be shown automatically, in Celsius or Fahrenheit. ### Flexible Time Display Choose the time style that works best for you: * 12-hour with AM/PM * 24-hour with seconds * 24-hour HH:MM * Military HHMM * Military HHMMSS Sunrise and Sunset always remain in a clear 24-hour HH:MM format regardless of the main clock setting. ### Color Modes Choose a complete visual palette rather than changing individual colours one at a time. Available styles include the signature Clarity theme together with alternative palettes such as Sunset, Spring Meadow and the new Mono mode. Each palette coordinates the time, date, labels, data values, accents and divider lines for a consistent appearance across the full display. ### Bluetooth Status A Bluetooth icon beside the date and battery section shows the current phone connection: * Blue when connected * Grey when disconnected or unavailable The icon can also be hidden completely from the settings. ### AMOLED and MIP Support N13 Clarity is designed for both AMOLED and MIP watches. AMOLED uses a true black background with a dedicated Always-On Display, optional battery information and protective pixel shifting. MIP uses a compact high-contrast layout designed for clear outdoor visibility while retaining the full dashboard experience. ### Additional Settings Personalise Clarity with: * Multiple time formats * Configurable top fields * Six configurable dashboard positions * Battery percentage, remaining days or days with percentage * Active or Total Kilocalories * Automatic, feet or metres for altitude * Automatic, Celsius or Fahrenheit temperature * Show or hide Bluetooth status * AMOLED pixel shifting * Optional battery information in Always-On Display N13 Clarity supports a broad range of Approach, D2, Descent, Enduro, Epix, Fenix, Forerunner, Instinct AMOLED, MARQ, Venu and vivoactive watches. **N13 Clarity is built around one goal: show a large amount of useful information while keeping every part of the watch face structured, readable and easy to understand at a glance.** This version reflects the current N13 Clarity README, including the v1.2.4 Heart Rate, Training Status, time-format, calorie-field, palette and layout updates.

What's new

## Version 1.2.4 Release Notes Version 1.2.4 improves readability, adds more display options, and makes Heart Rate, Weather and Training Status easier to use. * Improved **Heart Rate reliability** so the watch face can use a recent backup reading when the main value is temporarily unavailable. * Improved **Training Status readability**, especially on smaller AMOLED displays. * Limited Training Status to the upper dashboard row where longer status values fit more clearly. * Improved the layout of **Weather** and Training Status so important values are centred and easier to read. * Improved the lower dashboard layout with cleaner spacing and better alignment. * Shortened the Recovery Time label to **Rcv** to prevent crowding in smaller fields. * Added more **Time Format** choices: * 12-hour with AM/PM * 24-hour with seconds * 24-hour HH:MM * Military HHMM * Military HHMMSS * Sunrise and Sunset now always use a clear **24-hour HH:MM** format, independent of the main clock setting. * Updated the **Sunset** colour mode and added a new **Mono** light theme with black text and data. * Split calories into two separate selectable fields: * **Active Calories** * **Total Kilocalories** * Improved Weather presentation so temperature and current conditions are displayed more cleanly without repeated labels. * Added clearer guidance for selecting Heart Rate in Top Fields and Dashboard Slots. Overall, this update focuses on cleaner layouts, better readability and more control over how time, health and activity information is displayed. v1.2.3 Added support for more watches, including fēnix E, D2 Mach 2 Pro, Forerunner 170, Forerunner 170 Music, Forerunner 70 and Venu X1. Added a setting to show or hide the Bluetooth status icon. It remains visible by default. Improved the alignment and spacing of the upper section of the watch face. Refined the position of the top data fields, date, battery information and Bluetooth icon for a cleaner layout. Shortened the intensity labels to improve readability in smaller spaces. Added general visual refinements across supported AMOLED and MIP displays. v1.2.2 HH:MM:SS now appears as one centred, consistently sized time display. Time sizing is now selected automatically for each device type; the Time Size setting has been removed. Added a Bluetooth icon beside the date and battery: blue when connected, grey when disconnected. AOD time sizing remains unchanged. v1.2.1 HR data optimization v1.2.0 color mode fix and time color update amoled safety improvements. v 1.1.8 Fixed Cut-Off Text: Fixed an issue where data fields on the bottom row (like "Body") were cut off by the screen's edge. Fixed Text Overlaps: Adjusted the top and bottom text fields so they no longer overlap with lines or crowd the screen. Epix Screen Fix: Separated the Epix watch family from newer watch models so its text and layout sizing look exactly as intended. Better Layouts for New Watches: Adjusted how text scales on newer AMOLED screens to keep everything readable and well-proportioned. Smarter Numbers: Numbers like Altitude will now show the full value unless they run out of room, where they will automatically shorten to fit. New Settings: Added options to change altitude units, switch between total and active calories, and choose between a small or large clock size. Simplified Colors: Replaced separate color options with clean, pre-made theme palettes. Performance Cleanup: Removed old, unused code behind the scenes to make the watch face run smoother.
