These metrics are converted into life points using the best of three formulas: - 100 steps = 1 life point - 7 active calories = 1 life point - 1 floor climbed = 1 life point The game picks whichever metric gives you the highest score. So if you climbed 50 floors but only walked 2000 steps, you'd get 50 life points (from floors), not 20 (from steps). *DAILY CAP You can only earn a limited amount of life per day, depending on your dragon's current level. At level 1, the cap is 50 life/day. At level 10, it's 140 life/day. *INACTIVITY PENALTY If you're not active enough, you lose life points progressively throughout the day. The penalty grows with your level (0 at level 1, up to 45 at level 10). This means your net daily gain can be negative if you don't move enough. *LEVELING UP (1 → 10) Your dragon accumulates life points over multiple days. When the total life (today's earned + yesterday's accumulated). Exceeds a threshold, your dragon levels up. The overflow carries over to the next level. Life needed to level up : Level 1 : 200 Level 2 : 288 ... Level 10 : 1568 Each level has a unique dragon sprite and name (Ovola → Azura → Crion → ... → Zyphor). *LEVELING DOWN If your accumulated life drops below 0 (too many inactive days), your dragon loses a level. At level 1, life simply floors to 0 — you can't go below level 1. *CYCLES (PRESTIGE SYSTEM) When your dragon reaches beyond level 10, it resets to level 1 and enters a new cycle. Each cycle increases difficulty by 10% (all thresholds multiplied by 1.1^cycle). Cycles are shown as stars under the dragon (1-3 stars, then a second set of stars for cycles 4-6).
