Emma's run

Note: Hopefully this data field will be consumed by Trendy Run. I've submitted a pull request for myneur for that to happen, with some updates to Trendy Run as well. Watch this space. Offered to build a data field for my boss, ready for the Berlin Marathon. The things she wanted were pretty close to the Trendy Run data field (https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/75b73ffc-731b-4b6a-be62-2d739e0dbad7) but that doesn't run on a Forerunner 230. Thankfully it's an open source project, so here is Emma's run, a modified version of Trendy Run, build for semi-round screens. Take a look at Trendy Run for details of how the chart works.
