This widget generates a number of time domain metrics derived from the attached heart rate sensor. A summary page is then shown showing how your current result compares to the weekly trend, weekly and monthly averages. The widget uses your age and sex to determine where your current HRV is compared to a set of values from the literature. This app needs CIQ v3.1.x
