This data field displays four selectable data as well as grade, heart rate zone, and battery status. The slope is calculated using the same formula as BRM Grade. (slope = altitude difference ÷average speed) The horizontal line in the center is programmed to change color according to the heart rate zone. (Heart rate zones are loaded from the Garmin user profile.) Battery colors are red for less than 15%, yellow for less than 30%, and green for all others. Displayable data - Elapsed time, current time, limit time (time) - Distance to destination, distance traveled, next distance (km) The next distance includes the turning point. To display the distance to Waypoint, turn off the Garmin Navigation-Course-Saved Course-Settings-Turn Instruction option. - 3 sec power, 10 sec power, 30 sec power, user setting average power and normal power (W) - Speed (km/h), cadence (rpm), heart rate (bpm) - gears, gears combo - Total elevation (m) You can change the settings using Garmin Express or the Garmin Connect IQ app.
