About

This is a very particular application designed for Vitality activity tracking and points counting. Only tested to work with the Vivoactive watch. The application shows time in minutes using heart rate and 60% / 70% / 85% limits. Percentages for 60/70/85 are calculated using your age. The calculation for the HR Max is done like this: 224 - age, which is then multiplied by the appropriate percentage. With this tracking application, you can see how many minutes you have spent in each of those heart rate areas during the workout. The points are shown based on specific rules. You will get 8 points if you have spent more than 32 minutes on 70% heart rate area, 62 minutes in 60% or walked more than 12550 steps. Alternatively, you will receive 5 points in case you have spent more than 32 minutes at 60% heart rate or walked more than 10550 steps. Lastly, you will get 3 points if you have walked more than 7550 steps. Otherwise, you will have 0 points. The app also shows clock and steps. It does not show calories. It does not sync with Fitness Pal or anything else except Connect app. The application does not save the activity if it is less than 1 minute long. This app has two screens (start and activity). You can see a screenshot of both below. -- OTHER FEATURES: * This does record or show calories * Information is synced to Garmin Connect only (you can sync information from Connect to Fitness Pal, but this has nothing to do with the app) * This app is specifically designed to work with Vitality Health Insurance points collection (unofficial app, made for my use) with the Vivoactive watch This app has been tested with two different Vivoactives and accounts, and it works well. If it does not work for you, please do not leave a bad review but send me a message or report a bug in the code website. Only Vivoactive is supported. -- DISCLAIMER: This app is designed to help you to achieve your point goals in. This app is unofficial, and it is not connected to Vitality Health in any way. This is provided as-is, and this app does not guarantee that you will receive any points. The points the activity tracker is showing are only calculated they are not saved to Garmin Connect. The activity itself is saved to Garmin Connect, and you can synchronise it normally. -- DEVELOPERS: The code is available here at BitBucket: https://bitbucket.org/ohtonen/vitalityactivitytracker Contact me to receive rights to commit any changes.
