About

TN Splits View is a running data field that shows your lap splits in a colored list and lets you log blood lactate measurements directly on your watch during a run — no phone needed. ### Lap list Each completed lap appears as a row with lap number, time, distance and pace. Rows are color-coded by pace so you can read your effort at a glance. The current (in-progress) lap is shown live at the bottom, separated by a line, and updates every second. Pace thresholds and colors are fully configurable in settings. ### Three list layouts - MIN — compact 8-row list - MID — 5-row carousel with the active lap enlarged in the center - MAX — single large card for one lap Choose a fixed layout in settings, or enable "All" mode and tap the center of the screen to cycle MIN → MID → MAX on the run. ### Blood lactate logging (optional) **How you get the value:** This app does not measure lactate. You obtain your blood lactate value yourself, using your own analyzer (for example a portable lactate meter with test strips) that is not connected to the watch. The app only lets you log the number you already have. Measuring lactate is not a function of this device. Enable lactate input in settings. A water-drop button appears on the right edge of the list. How to log a measurement: 1. Tap the drop button on the right to open the input screen. 2. Adjust the value with the corner zones: top-left +1, top-right +0.1, bottom-left -1, bottom-right -0.1. The value starts at 2.0. 3. Tap OK (center-bottom) to save. The reading is written into the activity and appears in the list with a drop icon and timestamp. 4. To go back without saving, tap the recycle button on the left edge. Lactate values are recorded into the FIT activity as a developer field, so they sync with your run and can be read later. ### Tap controls summary - List view: center = switch layout (in All mode), right edge = open lactate input - Input view: corners = adjust value, OK = save, left edge = back Units (km / miles) follow your watch system settings. **Note:** The data field must be on screen from the start of the activity to capture all laps. Designed and tested for Forerunner 955, 965 and 970.
