Open-Meteo Weather An hourly and daily weather forecast widget powered by the free Open-Meteo forecast API. No account, no API key, no companion app. GLANCE See the current hour at a glance without opening the widget: sky icon, temperature, wind speed with a direction arrow, and precipitation probability — all on one line. HOURLY VIEW The next 24 hours in columns of four, six pages deep. Each hour shows the sky condition, temperature, wind speed and bearing, and the chance of precipitation. Rain and snow intensity is drawn on the icon, so drizzle and a downpour do not look alike. Day and night icons follow the real sunrise and sunset for the forecast location. 3-DAY VIEW High and low temperature, sky condition, maximum wind and the highest chance of precipitation for each of the next three days. LOCATION Use the watch's last known GPS position, or save up to four named places by latitude and longitude in the app settings — handy for home, work, or a trip you are planning for. BACKGROUND UPDATES The forecast refreshes in the background every 15, 30 or 60 minutes, or not at all if you would rather save battery and refresh by hand from the menu. The widget only ever uses a position the watch already has; it never powers up the GPS on its own. UNITS Metric (°C, m/s) by default, with an imperial option (°F, mph) in settings. REQUIREMENTS A phone connection is needed to fetch the forecast. The last forecast stays on screen while you are out of range.
