Get images (JPG) from the web. You can configure settings and set max 3 URL. You are able to change the settings within the Garmin Connect Mobile or Garmin Express UI. Here is how to do it: https://apps.garmin.com/settingsHelp. Pay attention: This App is just for fun. It works fine with most of URL but not with all, and only with JPG files. Your device must be connected with "Connect Mobile" app on your mobile phone. And there must be active the data connection on your mobile phone. Small size images are recomended. In add, use the Scale option to reduce the data transfer.
