Configurable Speed

This data field shows your average speed over a configurable amount of seconds. You can set it to a low value (ie 0 - 5 seconds) for quick response on your interval training or a high value (ie 120 - 300 seconds) if you want to know your average speed over a longer period or you can set it anywhere in between. If you prefer to see your pace, you can use this field: https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/8671ff28-ce00-4bf3-9ded-5973a6e2a731 This data field uses the new app settings feature to set the amount of seconds.
