SleepTrack

Streams heart rate data from your watch to a companion server for sleep tracking and targeted memory reactivation (TMR) research. The app reads heart rate sensor data and sends it via HTTP POST to a configurable server URL. Configure your server address in the app settings through Garmin Connect Mobile. Requires a companion server (iOS or desktop) running the Affirmatic sleep system. The app does not function without a configured server endpoint.
