How to change your background 1. Open the Garmin Connect app on your phone. 2. Go to your device → Activities & Apps → Fan Cup → Settings. 3. Choose Country (Default or any listed nation). 4. Sync or re-apply the watch face on your watch. Changes apply after the watch face reloads; switch countries anytime during the tournament season.
