The simplest way to live with the NDR look, and the direct path to NDR-One Pro when you want more. WHAT'S ON IT A large centered clock, with seconds and AM/PM you can turn on or off. Four fixed activity rings: Steps, Floors, Body Battery and Calories, your energy reserve right on the dial. A 24-hour heart-rate chart, color-banded by your real Garmin zones, which you can turn on or off. A live pulse badge (switchable to Resting HR), a 3-day calendar strip, and a battery readout in percent or estimated days. SIMPLE BY DESIGN Lite is a fixed layout, so there is nothing to misconfigure. Four on-watch settings, seconds, AM/PM, the chart and the pulse badge, are set right on the watch by holding MENU, where your watch has one. No phone, and it works out of the box.
