MANA
· v1.0.3
About
GREEK LANGUAGE ONLY. All 307 lines are in Greek.
Your Garmin already knows how you slept.
Now your Greek mother knows too.
And she has opinions. Lots of them.
MANA turns your health and activity data into the experience every Greek knows very well: a mother who watches everything.
Bad sleep? She noticed.
Low Body Battery? She noticed.
Too much stress? Obviously she noticed.
Haven’t moved enough? Get up.
Cold outside? Take a jacket.
Heart rate suddenly climbing? She might decide it is time for the traditional Greek evil eye ritual.
Ignore bedtime long enough and eventually you will get the ultimate Greek-mother response:
“Do what you want. I told you.”
MANA includes 307 different lines across 30 situations, triggered by what is actually happening on your watch.
Sleep, Body Battery, stress, respiration, heart rate compared with your own resting rate, steps, calories, temperature, weather, notifications, meal times, watch battery and more.
Nothing is random.
If MANA speaks, something happened.
TWO FACES IN ONE
MORNING
Her portrait takes over the screen and delivers the verdict on your night.
DAY
She moves into a smaller portrait, the clock takes over, your daily data appears, but she never really goes quiet.
AND YES, THERE IS A SLIPPER
You can turn it off.
If you dare.
MAKE HER YOUR MOTHER
Choose what she calls you.
Choose how strict she is:
Lenient
Normal
Greek Mother
You can also choose whether she comments throughout the day and what secondary information appears on screen.
PRIVACY, THE GREEK-MOTHER WAY
Nothing leaves your watch.
MANA has no internet or Bluetooth permission and cannot transmit your health data anywhere.
Your mother may know everything.
We don’t.
NOTE ABOUT SLEEP SCORE
Sleep Score requires compatible recent firmware.
If your watch does not expose Sleep Score, everything else still works.
MANA simply assumes you did not wear your watch.
Naturally, she has an opinion about that too.
What's new
1.1.3 - 26 new devices, and two fixes from the first days of use.
NEW DEVICES
MANA now runs on 46 watches instead of 20. Among them: Venu 2, 2S and
2 Plus, Venu 4, Venu Sq 2, Venu X1, Vivoactive 5 and 6, Forerunner 165,
170 and 70, Approach S50 and S70, D2 Mach 1 and 2, Descent G2 and Mk3,
Instinct Crossover AMOLED.
Square screens are supported for the first time. The layout now reads the
screen shape instead of assuming a circle.
FIXED
Evening lines appeared at the wrong hours when the bedtime in your Garmin
profile falls after midnight. Profile times are now validated, and the
evening never begins before seven.
The date could overlap the clock on smaller screens. It now measures itself
and collapses to a single line when the clock needs the room — the clock
never shrinks.
Ten lines addressed a man. Seven were rewritten to be genderless, and a
setting was added for the rest: "My child is: Son / Daughter".
