parkrun barcode watch face

NOTE: This is the watch face version. If you want the widget, go to https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/e7b70c06-9d4c-4efd-865b-2b8bdad9f17c This watch face displays your parkrun id, barcode, name and emergency contact details (ICE) to allow for scanning after a parkrun. The time is shown as a background in a selectable colour. This is ideal to set as your watch face for the duration of parkrun so you do not need to fiddle about with widgets after your run, or if you have a watch like the forerunner 45 which does not support widgets. If you prefer to use a QR code if you feel the bar code is too small, you probably want the widget version. The barcode is scaled as large as possible for each device and parkrun id. It may seem small on some watches, but it should scan. Since the smallest line is one pixel wide, it normally cannot be made larger as this would require doubling in size which would not fit. All data is entered into the watch face settings on your phone in the Garmin Connect, or Connect IQ apps or via a PC using Garmin Express. This is a little rough around the edges since I wanted to make it available on all possible devices (over 70) which have different sizes, fonts, layouts etc. Therefore I had to make compromises in terms of font sizes and positions. But in all cases, the bardcode will be visible and should scan via the parkrun app. To uninstall, make sure you change to another watch face in the watch settings first. There is a widget version if you do not want to have this displayed all the time and are happy to select it prior to scanning.
