Lap Elevation and its historical values are displayed. Lap Elevation is the difference of elevation between your current elevation and the elevation where the lap button was pushed. If you know the elevation difference of a slope, you can understand how much you climbed in realtime. Historical lap elevation values are kept until you "End Ride". If you want to keep the historical values, they should be copied before "End Ride". Unit(meter or feet) is chosen by your elevation unit setting on your device. Edge1000's display is taller than Edge520's and only Edge1000's has a space to display the historical values. Enjoy : )
