Italy Flag

Italy Flag is a Garmin Connect IQ watch face featuring a procedurally drawn, gently waving Italian flag with three vertical stripes in green, white, and red in equal 1:1:1 ratio. The flag is rendered using polygons rather than a bitmap, consuming almost no memory while delivering smooth 3D cloth ripple animations whenever the watch is awake. It adapts to any screen resolution. A large outlined time display sits over the flag, accompanied by the date and a stats row displaying heart rate, steps, and battery with charge level. The design looks rich on AMOLED displays and quantizes correctly on 64-color MIP displays. Always-on support is available on AMOLED devices with a burn-in safe low-power screen showing dim time and date alongside a small flag glyph made of three vertical stripes, jittered every minute. Large, readable typography with dark halos keeps the display legible over the detailed flag background. The app is fully offline, requires no settings, and uses no permissions beyond standard sensors. Supported devices: fenix 7, fenix 7 Pro, epix 2, venu 2, venu 2 plus, venu 3, venu 3s, Forerunner 955, and Forerunner 965.
