About
Real-World Dynamic Sky, Moon & Weather
The watch face features a dynamic day-and-night sky that changes according to real-world conditions, combining astronomical information with the latest available weather data.
Sun & Daylight
During the day, the Sun follows the real sunrise and sunset times for your location. The watch face automatically transitions between daytime, sunset, nighttime, and the next sunrise, making the sky display reflect the actual time of day.
Real Moon Phases
At night, the Moon changes according to the real lunar cycle rather than displaying the same moon every night. The watch face supports the 8 main moon phases:
New Moon • Waxing Crescent • First Quarter • Waxing Gibbous • Full Moon • Waning Gibbous • Last Quarter • Waning Crescent
The displayed Moon therefore gradually changes throughout the approximately **29.5-day lunar cycle**.
Moonrise & Moonset
Moonrise and moonset information can also follow the astronomical times calculated for your location. Because the Moon rises and sets at different times each day, it does not simply appear every night at sunset—the sky can reflect whether the Moon should actually be above or below the horizon.
⭐ Stars & Night Sky
When it is nighttime and the latest weather conditions indicate a clear or mostly clear sky, stars appear around the Moon to create a more realistic night display.
If the actual weather is cloudy, the night sky changes accordingly—clouds can replace or obscure the stars, so a cloudy night does not look the same as a clear night.
Real Weather Conditions
The sky is connected to the latest available weather information, allowing the visual scene to respond to conditions such as clear sky, clouds, rain, and other supported weather states instead of using a purely decorative animation.
Together, weather conditions + sunrise/sunset + moonrise/moonset + lunar phase create a watch face whose sky changes naturally throughout the day and night, making every day look a little different.
