BlueDay on White

Simple white watchface with blue day and battery indicator. v0.2: Added battery indicator to fill the void area on top. v0.3: Fixed battery indicator, added step indicator (today's goal percentage), both goes from bottom to top 0-100 % v0.4: Bug fixes.
