Moon Lean Phases background

This face watch changes its whole background based on the actual current moon phase. This second iteration has less complications and does not require location, which should lighten battery usage (@Linnea request). Totally free, I made it for myself for the Vivoactive 6. Should work on the vivoactive 5. Will happily work to develop it with someone that has a different watch and wants to test it.
