YaMusic Sync

Listen to your Yandex Music playlists straight from your watch — no phone needed. The app downloads the playlists you choose to the watch over Wi-Fi, and the music then plays from the watch itself. ━━━ GETTING STARTED ━━━ 1. Install the app and open it on the watch: hold DOWN → Music → Music Providers → YaMusic Sync. 2. The watch shows a QR code and a short confirmation code. Scan the QR with your phone camera — the Yandex page opens; enter the code from the watch screen there and confirm the sign-in. No camera at hand? Open ya.ru/device on your phone or computer and enter the code there. A Garmin Connect notification may also arrive — it leads to the same page. The code is valid for 5 minutes; the ring around the watch screen shows how much is left. If it expires, press a button on the watch to get a new one. 3. Select the playlists you want to listen to. 4. Start the player. ━━━ FEATURES ━━━ • Your playlists and Liked tracks • Quality up to 320 kbps • Album art in the player (can be turned off to speed up syncing) • A list of downloaded tracks on the watch, with a jump to any track • Unchecking a playlist frees up space on the watch automatically • A per-playlist track limit, so downloads do not fill up the memory ━━━ WHAT YOU NEED ━━━ • An active Yandex Plus subscription — without it the service returns 30-second previews instead of full tracks • Wi-Fi for downloading (the watch downloads music directly, not through the phone; a phone hotspot works too) • A phone with the Garmin Connect app running — the watch reaches the internet through it while signing in, and the app settings live there too Starting a download with the watch on the charger is easier: a large playlist takes more than a minute. ━━━ WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO ━━━ • No streaming — only tracks downloaded in advance. • Yandex Music is not available in every country. ━━━ IMPORTANT ━━━ This is an unofficial app. It is not affiliated with, developed by, or supported by Yandex LLC. "Yandex" and "Yandex Music" are trademarks of their respective owners. The app never stores or transmits your password. Signing in happens on Yandex's side; the app only receives an access key to your music. Once a day the app sends anonymous technical statistics (watch model and software versions) — you can turn this off in the app settings.
