Wavelength
· v0.2.2
About
Follow the wave. Find your rhythm.
A simple guided-breathing app using a flowing visual path and optional vibration cues.
Wavelength is a focused breathing companion for your watch. It guides each breath with a flowing visual path, clear phase timing, and optional vibration cues, so you can follow a session without constantly reading the screen.
Heads up! I built Wavelength as a small independent project because I wanted a simple, calm breathing app on my own watch. If it becomes useful to you too, you can support its continued development by buying me a coffee:

Support is entirely optional—the full app remains available without a contribution.
Features:
Choose from several breathing patterns:
Steady — balanced 3-second inhale and exhale
Resonant — slow 5.5-second inhale and exhale
Box breathing — equal inhale, hold, exhale, and hold phases
4-7-8 — a slower breathing pattern with extended holds and exhalation
During a session, Wavelength shows your current breathing phase and progress along the pattern. Sessions can optionally be saved as Garmin activities.
Version 0.1 is intentionally small and focused. It provides the core breathing experience while the app continues to evolve.
Wavelength does not provide medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Stop a session if you feel uncomfortable or light-headed.
