If you want to use the net calorie goal value as determined by MyFitnessPal, see: https://ko-fi.com/post/How-to-Determine-MFPs-Net-Calorie-Goal-Value-O5O81IE068 # Setting the daily net calories goal * For losing weight multiply the weight loss in pounds by 3500, and divide by the number of days over which you wish to lose the weight. This will be your daily net calorie goal. For example -10 lbs x 3500 / 90 days = -389 calories/day. This is only a rough guideline. * For gaining weight (muscle mass), multiply the weight gain by 2500, and divide by the number of days over which you wish to gain the weight. This will be your daily net calorie goal. For example +10 lbs x 2500 / 90 days = +278 calories/day. This is only a rough guideline. Sufficient muscle building exercise and protein intake is also required to actually gain muscle mass. # Payment For the Full version, use this link to pay €2.99 via Stripe (no account required; credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay accepted). https://buy.stripe.com/6oU00kbLO4G62cD62yf3c2U Alternative payment via Paypal: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/trudelta/2.99EUR Important instructions to get your unlock code quickly: https://ko-fi.com/post/Payments-via-PayPal-Z8Z6AIK78 Payment via Stripe is recommended because you will get your unlock code immediately on the payment confirmation screen.
