During the race RaceRox: Shows a 16-segment ring that builds as you complete each segment so you always know where you are on course. Tracks run segments using accelerometer-based pacing (no GPS required for indoor runs). Displays heart rate and color-coded zones so you can manage effort where it matters. Gives live delta feedback vs your PR so you know if you’re ahead or behind the plan. After the race: Get a scrollable, color-coded results grid with per-segment times, deltas and easy-to-read performance colors (purple = beat PR, green = within target, yellow/red = needs work). Export the complete FIT file to Garmin Connect with segment lap markers for later analysis and sharing.
