Custom Average Power and Zone

This simple Datafield let's you display average power over any desired interval. Furthermore you can display the power zone (based on the 7 Coggan power zones) with one decimal or the percentage of your FTP (all based on the defined interval length). This allows for different intervals than Garmin's default 3s and 10s and also rectifies the problem that Garmin only has zone display based on the current (1s interval) power which is a not very helpful metric given the nature of fluctuation in power output.
