Each bar height represents time spent in zone thus bars height are calculated dynamicaly. Current heart rate is displayed as a horizontal indicator in a current zone. . This data field supports User settings available on GCM/GE, please see help: https://apps.garmin.com/settingsHelp . Available settings: - HR Zone 1(BPM) - HR Zone 2(BPM) - HR Zone 3(BPM) - HR Zone 4(BPM) - HR Zone 5(BPM) - HR Max - Background color(White/Black) . Default values are: - for HR zones 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% of HR max - HR Max calculated as follows: female: hrmax = 216 - 1.09 * age male: hrmax = 202 - 0.55 * age - Background color White .
