What it looks at: • Training: your watch's recovery timer, or recent intensity minutes. • Energy: current Body Battery, so rest or a nap lifts your score right away • Sleep: overnight Body Battery recharge • HR Status: resting heart rate vs your own 7-day baseline • Sleep History and Stress: your recent trend The glance shows your score in the carousel. Tap in for the full gauge, again for your last week or month, and swipe up to see every factor. It works as a watch face complication too. Everything is calculated on the watch. No network access, no data sent anywhere. Expect the score to sharpen over the first few days while it learns your baselines. Train when you're ready. Recover when you're not.
