FHU -- Field Hockey Umpire Match Timer & Card Tracker FHU times matches, books cards, tracks score, and gives a full post-match summary — all on your wrist. Field Hockey is default (4x17:30 quarters, 5/10-min yellows); Indoor Hockey is a Settings toggle (2x20 halves, 2/4-min yellows). === Meet FHU One button starts/stops the clock, the other opens the card menu. Hold the screen to quit. === App Launch: Choosing Team Colors Tap a color for Team 1, then a different one for Team 2. === Deciding Who Has The Ball Coin-toss screen — tap the team that starts with the ball. === Each Quarter Runs On The Clock Main screen shows the period and countdown. Upper button starts/pauses; after a break, press again to resume play. === Booking a Card Lower button opens the card menu — pick green or yellow (yellow: 5 or 10 min), set the shirt number, confirm with the upper button, then pick the team. === Yellow Cards Count Down Each card shows its own countdown next to its shirt number, pausing during breaks. === Acknowledging Alerts Expired cards and full-time both buzz until you press the upper button. The clock keeps running either way. === Displaying the Score Scores and team colors show top-right; the team with the ball is shown in red, switching at halftime. === Recording Goals Tap the main screen to open the score menu (plus/minus per team) — only the net change is logged as a goal. === In-Match Overview The card list shows team color, shirt number, time left, and card length for every open card. === After Full Time Tap to cycle through the cards table, goals table, and heart-rate graph; tap again to return. === A Note on Buttons Hold the top two-thirds of the screen for QUIT — down cancels, up starts a penalty shoot-out (coin toss, then MISSED/SCORED per attempt; ties go to sudden death, decided as soon as possible). === Notes & Tips Hold the bottom third instead for the match menu — RESET MATCH restarts everything, SWITCH TO INDOOR/FIELD changes sport mode and restarts; tap outside to cancel. Sport mode is also in Settings and is remembered. Battery % shows top-left, red under 5%. Remember to have fun!
