Shows Date and Time (12/24 hr format available) Step Goal for the day Current Step Count Calories Burned for the day Distance traveled (In miles or kilometers based on watch configuration) The bottom Power bar shows the percent of battery status The main image shows move bar status by displaying left leg as "Crippled" when the bar is half full and both legs "Crippled" when the move bar is full. The status bars for the arms and in the center of the image fills up as you meet your step goal for the day. The left arm fills first then the right, and finally the center.
