Since I was missing a combination of high performance and useful features, I completely rewrote and optimized almost all of the original code. Today, ArcNext includes many advanced complications that are typically available only in paid watch faces. Despite that, the project remains completely free, developed entirely in my spare time and without any compensation. Although the watch face was initially created just for my own use, over the years I have voluntarily implemented many user-requested features – even those I don’t personally need or use. ArcNext is and remains a personal project, not a public service. While I appreciate user feedback and often take requests into account, I’m not driven or obligated to continuously add new features. Since I work on this alone, I can’t guarantee a reply to every message, nor can I implement every suggestion. What gets done, gets done. For example: I was on a bike and recorded an activity with the Edge 830. Then I synced it with the Connect app. After sync I can now see this bike activity in the last activity in the watch menu, but it's not visible using the CIQ API in watchface app. FAQ OWM: Position behavior is not well documented in CIQ api. There is 3 sources of locality: 1) Last watch location. 2) Current activity position. 3) Garmin weather observation location. There is a issue with accuracy. In the normal state of the watch without activity, the GPS is turned off. Garmin sometimes turns on for the moment gps and provides coordinates. For the force update, you will need to wait for the gps position in the activity that uses gps (it is not necessary to start the activity) or use the map. Starting with version 1.7, it is possible to choose location from position sensor or from current activity.
