About

Disclaimer: This is only for educational purposes, not medical. A basic+ watch face, with customization for keeping close track on your heart rate. This looks best on round watches, less good on rectangular. This might be updated down the line, but not sure yet. Contact me if you have some feedback. I mostly recommend this watch fave if you have to keep a close eye on your heart rate, otherwise there is probably better watchfaces for you. - Description of the different fields top to bottom, left to right. - Heart rate** - Battery percentage* - Time - Steps* - Active minutes today/Active minutes this week* - Body battery - Stress*** - The circle around the watchface *Only visible in high power mode **It shows current HR when the watch lights up (high power mode), when it does not light up it shows the average the past minute (low power mode). The watch face only updates in low power mode, this is a restriction that applies to everyone except the native ones from Garmin. ***It shows the average for the past minute. I have not found a way to show the current reading. - There are multiple things that you can customize so that you get the watchface you need. - You can choose an other color on the minutes. - Treshold 1 - which is the heart rate when the colors on the minutes change - Treshold 1 colors - you can change the colors that the minutes change to. - Treshold 2 - which is the heart rate when the red bar appears and the heart rate text magnifies. - The values for when the circle starts appearing (minimum value) and is full (maximum value). - Pictures: Header - in low power mode 1 - in high power mode 2 - above HR threshold 1 3 - above HR threshold2 - This is made for people how need to keep a close eye on their heart rate, like people with CSF/ME or long covid. I use this for that myself. Currently I should ideally keep my bpm below 106. So I have and early warning at 90 bpm, and a more severe one at 100.  The warning at 90 bpm is mostly to make it easier to notice abnormally high bmp when I'm not moving. When the bmp passes 100 it is really easy to just see my heart rate at a glance, which is good when I should keep it below a set threshold. The white circle around the watch face starts showing when my bmp is above 80 and is full when it is above 120, it also makes it easier to keep track on my heart rate, but I find it mostly useful between 80 and 100, since over that it is easier to just read the number.
