About

For those that love to SPIN and care to see what their HR does while doing so. To use .. wait for the GREEN bar to begin (as in the photo below) .. and press the right button to start your spin session. For faster starts and more accurate HR data, you can use an Ant+ strap. With Current HR, Session Maximum HR, Session Average HR as well as HR averages for every 10 min segments up to 60 minutes in total. With colored bars to see where your numbers fall in the zones. On summary screen upon exiting .. display of Percentage in Zones or Time in Zones display (as per user setting in Garmin Connect Mobile or Garmin Express). HR Display in large white writing (as above) on HR Screen where needed for easy viewing in the darkness of the spin room. Tap on screen to turn on / off back light. Note .. HR Spin will use your maximum HR value as you have set in your Heart Rate Zones. (heart symbol). The default of 180 will be used if an invalid number is received. Enjoy the ride

[Version 1.24] June 8 / 2017 - Fixed a bug where the app would crash with the new Vivoactive HR firmware. It was my fault and I do apologize. [Version 1.22] May 29 / 2017 - Added Day of Week to data logging etc. Mostly so I know what day the record was from. Be sure to check your DATA FILE NAME .. as it has likely changed. [Version 1.20] May 25 / 2017 - Added start and end data etc to data logging. Be sure to check your log file name .. as it has likely changed. [Version 1.19] May 18 / 2017 - No changes. In the end .. it appears to be my Garmin Ant+ strap that no longer works as it should. [Version 1.14] May 10 / 2017 - Added date and time to data logging. It is now as below. Date and Time, Session Average HR, Session Maximum HR, Average HR Min 0-10, Average HR Min 10-20, Average HR Min 20-30, Average HR Min 30-40, Average HR Min 40-50, Average HR Min 50-60 [Version 1.13] May 8 / 2017 Now with data logging upon exiting .. as follows. Just create a text file (for example 75L4575.txt) the same name as your HR Spin program file (for example 75L4575.prg) in the Garmin Apps Logs folder.
