Version control: 1.0: Beta release. 1.1: Initial release, with heart rate, steps, date, time, temperature and battery level. Plus NERV logo. 1.2: Add icons for heart, battery and steps. 1.3: Improve the font size for time, changes it to blue. Create diagonal lines for a more futuristic evangelion inspired design. 1.4: Fix positioning to dynamic, based on screenWidth and Height. All is dynamic now instead of pixels. Allowing for bigger watches such as Epix Gen2 or other bigger models. The icons still have the smaller resolution for now, though. 1.4.1: Introduce new battery logos for all watch sizes. Battery icon changes based on battery level. Full, empty, almost full and mid full. 1.5: Introduce calories implementation next to heart rate.
