About

Score, track shots, and see your speed — pickleball scoring built for the wrist. Full Description Pickleball Pro turns your Garmin watch into a full match scorekeeper — with optional automatic shot detection and speed tracking layered on top, so you can focus on the game instead of the score. Match Scoring Traditional (server-only scoring) or Rally scoring Singles or Doubles, with correct serve-rotation and side-out logic Configurable win score, best-of-N games, and endgame rule: Win by 2, Sudden Death, or a capped race Tap to score, hold to correct, one-tap undo Live deuce, game-point, and side-out indicators Automatic Shot Detection & Speed Detects shots automatically from your wrist motion — no manual logging mid-rally Choose simple Fast/Slow tracking, or full shot-type detection: Drive, Slice, Dink, Volley, Smash, Serve, Lob, Drop Estimated shot speed in mph or kph Adjustable sensitivity (Strict → Max) to match your swing Hands-Free Scoring (Beta) Score without touching the screen: a wrist lift adds your point, a side-to-side shake adds your opponent's A confirmation step (arm, then repeat the gesture) guards against accidental scoring Optional and off by default — turn it on in Settings This is an early/experimental implementation; if you'd rather score by tap, it stays off Heart Rate & Garmin Connect Live heart rate during matches Match and practice sessions sync to Garmin Connect, with shot-type breakdown and speed charts Practice Mode A standalone shot-and-speed drill mode with no scorekeeping, for working on technique Stats & History Shot summary after every match Your last 10 sessions, always available Customization Dominant hand, vibration feedback, keep-screen-on, game alerts, speed units Available in English, Spanish, French, German, and Simplified Chinese Accuracy — please read Shot detection and speed are estimated from your wrist's motion using the watch's built-in accelerometer (and gyroscope, on watches that have one) — not a radar gun or ball-tracking camera. They are not 100% accurate. They're our best effort at giving you a useful, consistent read on your play using only what a wrist-worn sensor can measure — expect them to be a good relative indicator of your shots and speed, not a precise, lab-grade measurement. Sensitivity is adjustable if shots are being over- or under-counted for your swing. Hands-Free scoring is a beta feature. It's built to require a confirming second gesture before it scores a point specifically to avoid accidental scores, but as with any motion-based input, it can occasionally misread a gesture — if that happens, a manual tap always overrides it. Pickleball Pro runs on Garmin watches going back to 2018 — including the Vivoactive 3 Music, the original Venu, and Vivoactive 4/4s — not just the newest models. Screens as small as 218px (Vivoactive 4s) are supported with a simplified scoreboard layout, so you're not locked out if you're not on this year's watch. Built on Connect IQ SDK 3.2.0+, it runs across roughly 60 Garmin models spanning Venu, Vivoactive, Forerunner, fenix, epix, Approach, Descent, D2, and MARQ.
