HYROX POWER RACE PRO puts the whole race on your wrist — nothing else. • THE RACE — 8 × (1 km run → station), in order: SkiErg 1000 m, Sled Push 50 m, Sled Pull 50 m, Burpee Broad Jumps 80 m, Row 1000 m, Farmers Carry 200 m, Sandbag Lunges 100 m and Wall Balls ×100. • REAL WEIGHTS — the 2025/26 competition loads for your division and gender: Open, Pro and Doubles, Men and Women. Set it once in Race Setup. • ROXZONE — switch it on and every transition is timed and split separately, exactly as it costs you on race day. • LIVE PACING — one goal time is distributed across the race using realistic HYROX proportions rather than evenly. The sleds and sandbag lunges receive the time they actually need. A green target arc and an orange elapsed arc show second by second whether you are on plan, turning red when you go over your target. • RACE BREAKDOWN — after the finish, see total run time versus station time, total Roxzone time, your weakest station against its target, and your run fade — slowest run minus fastest run. • GARMIN CONNECT — activities are recorded as a Run, so the Laps tab works properly. Every run, station and Roxzone is stored as its own lap with a named segment. • PERSONAL BESTS — track overall PBs, individual stations, every run and your best total Roxzone time. Records update automatically, with full race history and splits available on the watch. • WEB WORKOUTS — build your own sessions on a full-size screen at bikintulis.de/hyrox-sync and send them directly to the watch. Synced sessions appear as a read-only list under Settings → Sync and can be started straight from there. No account and no password are required — the watch displays a 6-digit code that you enter on the website once. • MORE RACE TOOLS — heart rate, automatic wall-ball rep counting with manual confirmation, optional GPS, dark and light themes, and support for 9 languages.
