Under the date, a quiet rule tracks your weekly intensity minutes. The time sits at the centre, and nothing competes with it. At the bottom, heart rate and watch battery — no captions, just two pictograms. Four colourways, selectable from Garmin Connect: Two Voices, Terracotta, Sage, Cream. Always-on keeps one thin ring, a dimmed date and the time. Pure black background, no gradients: on an AMOLED panel an unlit pixel costs nothing.
