Dual Time Watch Face

This is a modified version of “Minimalist Analogue Watch Face” (https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/b35b5f18-8331-40ad-bfdc-3ebeaeda858b). The addition of digital time was inspired by the need to easily read time even when the shirt cuff covers most of the watch face. The hands have been changed a little as well. To conserve battery power, the watch face generally is updated only once per minute. There also are no configuration options.

Minor fixes and improvements
