Perfectly pacing time trials, gran fondos, and segments was an art reserved for professionals - until now! pace µe ("pace me") estimates a physics model and a physiological model to determine the tradeoff between speed and effort. This tradeoff is shown to you as a single number. We call it the - µ - and all you need to do is to hold the µ constant. If your µ is too high, reduce your effort with little time loss. If your µ is too low, increase your effort to gain time. The time gain will be worth weeks of training!
