About
Customizable interval training timetable for Apnea:
The app is divided into four areas:
1.) Start screen + menu settings:
The current heart rate, the set pool length and the time of the preparation phase are already displayed on the start screen.
Various settings can be made in the menu:
a) Distance of the diving phase (1 to 999m - e.g. 25m swimming pool)
b) Time of the preparation phase (mm: ss)
c) Number of training rounds (1 to 99 - one round = preparation or recovery + one dive)
d) Time of the first recovery phase (mm: ss)
e) Reduction of the recovery phases (0 to 59 sec.)
f) Interval of the reduction of the recovery phase (1 - for every recovery phase, 2 - for every second recovery phase, 3 - for every third recovery phase)
g) As a check, the time of the last, automatically calculated, recovery phase is displayed (mm: ss)
h) Acoustic alarm (on or off)
i) Vibration alarm (on or off)
Example settings and training:
j) 25m distance of the diving phase
k) 2:00 time of the preparation phase
l) 8 number of training rounds
m) 1:30 time of the first recovery phase
n) 20sec. reduction of the recovery phases
o) 2 interval of reduction of the recovery phase (every second recovery phase)
p) 0:30 last recovery phase (the time is automatically calculated as a check)
q) on acoustic alarm
r) on vibration alarm
Example training timetable:
1. round 2:00 preparation 25m, (0:32 dive time is measured)
2. round 1:30 first recovery 25m, (0:35 dive time is measured)
3. round 1:30 25m, (0:31 dive time is measured)
4. round 1:10 (reduction by 20sec.) 25m, (0:29 dive time is measured)
5. round 1:10 25m, (0:30 dive time is measured)
6. round 0:50 (reduction by 20sec.) 25m, (0:35 dive time is measured)
7. round 0:50 25m, (0:32 dive time is measured)
8. round 0:30 last recovery 25m, (0:31 dive time is measured)
2.) Preparation phase or recovery phase:
These phases have a timer function with a final countdown of five seconds. The diving phase is then started automatically. Each of these phases forms a round with the following diving phase. These phases can be paused and restarted with the Enter key and manually ended prematurely with the Down key.
The alarms are fixed for the respective phase and can be deactivated and activated:
Preparation phase (timer):
Time bigger 30sec. = 1x short alarm every full 30 seconds
Time = 30sec. = 3x short alarm
Time = 20sec. = 2x short alarm
Time = 10sec. = 1x brief alarm
from time = 5sec. until time = 1sec. = 1x short alarm every second
Time = 0sec. = 1x long alarm
Recovery phase (timer):
from time = 5sec. until time = 1sec. = 1x short alarm every second
Time = 0sec. = 1x long alarm
3.) Diving phase:
This phase has a stop-watch function. ( UNDER CONSTRUCTION - The surface of the dive is recognized automatically and thereby ends the respective round up to the end of the timetable. - UNDER CONSTRUCTION ) The dive can also be ended manually with all buttons.
4.) Summary of the training:
After the last dive of the last round, a summary of the training is displayed.
The training is saved with the Enter key and the training can also be dismissed with the Back key.
