About

ZULU ANALOG is a tactical analog-digital watch face for Instinct 3 — the analog sibling of ZULU. Big legible hands, a military date-time group, your grid square, and the light data that matters at night. ANALOG TIME, FOUR WAYS - Four dial styles, each with hands designed for it: Field numerals, Flieger (B-Uhr triangle and bars), Sector wedges, and Apex — a hi-visibility dial engineered for at-a-glance reading - Field numerals can follow the clock: 1-12 in the morning, 13-24 in the afternoon, so the hour hand and the numeral always agree with the actual 24-hour time - Every typeface and hand is drawn pixel-by-pixel for the 1-bit MIP display MISSION TIME - Military date-time group in three levels of detail: 1309Z (time group), 181309Z (standard DTG, default), or the full ACP 121 form with month and year on one line - Zulu or local zone with the correct NATO zone letter — the date follows the zone - Optional dim mode: everything but the hour and minute fades to a 50 percent stipple, so the time is what your eye lands on POSITION - MGRS grid square from your last known position, or Degrees-Minutes, or Decimal (on two lines, N and E) THE SUBDIAL (inside the bezel's printed ring) - Astro dial (default): daylight arc, dawn and dusk markers (BMNT hollow, EENT filled), moon phase with illumination percent, and a 24-hour hand - Seconds: a live second hand. When the watch sleeps, the subdial disappears and reveals the dial indices hidden beneath it - Battery gauge: watch battery on top, your Body Battery below Pure black and white, no logo, no decoration. Battery-friendly: the static face renders once to an offscreen buffer; a steady frame costs 7 ms. From the same maker: ZULU — the digital sibling of this face, built on light data (BMNT/EENT, moonrise, moon arc, MGRS grid). RECON — a tactical face with weather, pressure trend and nine analog subdials.
