This application is designed specifically to discover and probe nearby Bluetooth fitness machines and sensors to evaluate discoverability and compatibility with Connect IQ in general and this developer's FTMS and Bluetooth data apps. * Nearby devices that are discoverable are listed for analysis * The selected device is probed for accessible service and characteristic * If supported services are discovered, a short data collection session is performed * Optionally collected data is uploaded and forwarded to both the user and the developer. USAGE Before launching the app, enter your Email address in Settings within Connect IQ. Email address is required to upload or report the analysis results. On launch the app will begin scanning for nearby devices. Wake up the device so it may be discovered. Once found each devices is briefly connected to for additional probing to fully discover advertised services and device name Press Next / Prev (or swiped Up / Down on touch screen devices) to scroll discovered devices Press Select to connect and perform detailed device discovery and data collection. Once connected and fully probed for discovery, data collection will be performed for 15 seconds. Peddal, row, start or otherwise begin using the device slowly to generate data during the collection period. Once data collection is completed you will be prompted to upload the data generated. An email containing the analysis results and detailed Bluetooth device characteristics will be sent to you and the developer. Make sure you are near your phone then select Yes to allow uploading data or No to abort data upload.
