Grid VX – Retro LCD Digital Watch Face

The LCD watch you had as a kid, rebuilt for a Garmin. Grid draws a real seven-segment display: every digit is built from segments, and the unlit ones stay faintly visible the way they do on an actual LCD. A small seconds register sits beside the time like a chronograph sub-dial, and a minute ring fills around the outside as the hour runs down. WHAT YOU GET • True seven-segment time with ghosted unlit segments on AMOLED • Live seconds counter, updating every second • Heart rate and outside temperature beside the time • Steps, distance, calories and battery along the bottom • Step goal bar across the bottom • Full-bleed minute ring that fills as the hour passes • Always-on mode designed separately, not a dimmed copy: thin strokes, no large lit areas, and the display shifts slightly each minute to protect AMOLED screens from burn-in • Supports all device classes, including models the paid version cannot reach HOW THE FREE VERSION WORKS This is the VX version: the complete watch face, free to use for 5 days. After 5 days the colour switches off and a red TRIAL ENDED banner appears across the face. The watch keeps telling the time, but the banner stays until you move to Grid Elite.
