The data is recorded to the Activity FIT File The configurable settings are: - Frequency: The distance (in metres) for the grade to be calculated. The default is 100 metres. Shorter distances will give more updates, but with a greater chance of variation. - Ignore Poor GPS Data: When the GPS data quality drops, the data field can ignore, which stops the possibility of incorrect readings. The display will show _._% if this occurs. - Display Mode: Display the value as percent, ratio, metres per kilometres or feet per mile. - Hide Units: This option hides the percent (%) symbol or measurement, which can increase the available font selected on some devices. - Hide Minus Symbol: This option hides the minus (-) symbol, which can increase the available font selected on some devices. - FIT Recording: Turn on or off the FIT recording option. This can save battery and save when using the Smart Recording device setting. - Precision: Control how many decimal places are shown, or automatic for values below 10% The Frequency Setting (in metres) will be displayed as a reminder before the first gradient is processed.
