BlelaKey lets you lock, unlock, and open the frunk of your Tesla vehicle directly from your watch — no phone or internet connection required. HOW IT WORKS The watch talks to your car over Bluetooth Low Energy using Tesla's own vehicle command protocol, the same one used by Tesla's official Phone Key. Commands are authenticated and encrypted end-to-end with an on-device EC key pair, a session handshake, and AES-GCM signed commands. No credentials or vehicle data ever leave your watch. Open the app's settings in Garmin Connect Mobile and enter your vehicle's VIN and Bluetooth address. 2. On first use, open your car's Locks menu, choose "Add Key," and tap your watch on the center console reader to enroll it as a trusted key — the same process used for a new phone key or key card. 3. Once enrolled, the watch will auto-unlock your car whenever it connects. PRIVACY This app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data outside your watch. Your VIN and vehicle address are saved locally as app settings and used only to connect directly to your vehicle over Bluetooth.
