Deadly Dozen Race Pacer

A race pacer for the Deadly Dozen: 12 × 400 m Journeys alternating with 12 Labours (24 segments, Journey first). Set a target 400 m pace and a goal finish time; the app seeds 24 segment targets (Labours weighted by effort, not split evenly). You can hand-edit any segment; edits stay put until you re-seed. During the race it shows the current segment, target, and whether you are ahead or behind plan. Time is only banked when a segment finishes under target; going past a target starts bleeding. START finishes a segment, DOWN opens splits, BACK pauses or saves. Records a GPS activity.
