BioWake — Smart Body Battery Alarm
· v1.1.5
About
Stop waking up exhausted. BioWake alarms at your recovery peak.
Most alarms fire at a fixed time — ignoring whether your body is ready. BioWake reads your Garmin Body Battery every 5 minutes during a wake window you set (e.g. 06:00 – 07:30), and wakes you the moment your recovery score hits your personal goal. Sleep your full natural cycle. Wake up energised.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Set your wake window (e.g. "no earlier than 06:00, no later than 07:30")
2. Set your Body Battery goal (e.g. 80%)
3. BioWake monitors in the background — no battery drain on the main app
4. When your Body Battery reaches the goal inside your window — alarm fires
5. Safety net: if the window closes without hitting the goal, the alarm still fires

What's new
v1.1.5 — The alarm now fires when it should
- Fixed: the backstop wake at the end of your window could be skipped entirely. If your Body Battery never reached your goal, no alarm sounded at all. This is the main fix in this release and it explains the "alarm doesn't work" reports.
- Fixed: wake windows that cross midnight (e.g. 23:00 - 06:30) never triggered at all.
- Fixed: on touchscreen watches the Dismiss button did nothing. You can now dismiss by tapping the screen; snooze is swipe up.
- Fixed: on Instinct watches the date, wake window, battery goal and the words "WAKE UP!" were invisible, and the clock ran underneath the sub-screen.
- Fixed: 12-hour watches now show AM/PM.
- Fixed: the vibration strength indicator was drawn with characters the watch fonts do not contain, so it showed nothing at all.
- New: the alarm stops itself after 10 minutes instead of vibrating until the battery is flat.
- New: Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
