Tachymeter

Tachymeter for Garmin Watches. It allows you to estimate speed over a know distance and adjust the distance to the one observed. By knowing the distance an object travels you can time it and then find out the speed it was carrying. By default the app will calculate the speed to a distance of 1 (Kilometer, Mile, etc). At the end of the time measurement you can adjust the 'scale' -meaning distance- to something closer to the real distance covered. So if you timed a car on a straight of roughly 1/4 mile you can adjust the scale to 0.25 and the speed read will be adjusted, speed unit will still be Mph.
