Speed Skating App

With this app, you can see the lap times, as measured using a MYLAPS Pro chip on most speed skating tracks, on your Garmin watch while you are skating. Heartrate and cadence are recorded, so they can be compared with lap times. For more information, and to set up the connection between your watch and the MYLAPS transponder, go to https://www.schaatshorloge.nl This website is (still) only in Dutch, as most of the speed skating tracks are in the Netherlands. If you need any support dealing with the language, please contact the developer. In short, here are the three steps you should take: 1. Check if your track supports the MYLAPS Pro chip at https://sporthive.com/Practice 2. Install the app and enter the code that appears on your watch ('Horloge code') here: https://www.schaatshorloge.nl/#/settings 3. Enter the code that shows on your MYLAPS Pro chip on the same page. Try the app for two weeks for free, after that you need a subscription (€7.95/year). You can contribute to the further development by providing your feedback and suggestions on http://schaatshorloge.freshdesk.com/. The app has been tested on these devices: Forerunner 630, 755XT, 920XT, fenix 3, fenix 5plus en vivoactive HR. On the other devices, it will probably work, but I could not test it.
