Fixed a crash that could occur when navigating back to the main menu, and tightened up timer handling around mini-games to prevent rare "too many timers" errors. Smoother, more reliable care for your SkyLing. May 25, 2026 - 1.5.2 - Companion watch face! Pair the new free "SkyLing Face" watch face (on the Connect IQ Store) to keep your pet's species, stage, mood, and stats on your watch face all day, next to the time and your activity stats. Open Settings → Watch Face for a 4-digit pairing code, enter it on the watch face, and you're done. The face refreshes about every 5 minutes (a Garmin background limit), so care actions here may take a few minutes to appear on it. May 16, 2026 - 1.4.0 - Friendly Mode + Sleep Pause! Two new accessibility settings for players whose schedules don't align with always-on care. Friendly Mode halves the rate stats decay, clamps stats at a comfortable floor instead of letting them hit zero, and prevents your SkyLing from dying — perfect if life or health gets in the way of daily check-ins. DND Pause freezes all decay whenever your watch is in Do Not Disturb, so long sleeps and rest days don't punish your pet. Both toggle on/off in Settings. April 24, 2026 - 1.3.0 - Name fixes! If you didn't set a custom name, your SkyLing now takes its new species name at each stage (Seed → Sprout → Bloom) instead of keeping the baby name forever. You'll also get a chance to name your SkyLing when it emerges as a child, not just as an adult. And emoji or special characters in names are now automatically cleaned up — fixes a startup crash some users hit after naming their SkyLing with unsupported characters. February 28, 2026 - 1.2.4 - Revive your SkyLing! When a SkyLing passes away, you can now spend 200 Star Dust to bring them back to life with critically low stats — they'll need immediate care to survive. The option appears alongside "Bury" in the death menu. February 28, 2026 - 1.2.3 - Battery optimisation! Background checks are now adaptive — healthy SkyLings check every 2 hours instead of every 15 minutes. Background activity is suppressed during your configured sleep hours and Do Not Disturb. Debug logging stripped from release builds. Overall background wake-ups reduced by up to 90%. February 23, 2026 - 1.2.0 - Adulthood overhaul! Each of the 18 adult species now has unique care needs. Daily moods influence your SkyLing's behavior. Earn milestone badges for time together and care achievements. Adults visually grow larger over weeks and develop a species-colored aura. Your care style shapes a dynamic personality that changes how your SkyLing acts. February 4, 2026 - 1.1.7 - Improved display support for MIP devices! Text now renders correctly on watches without vector fonts using custom bitmap fonts. Added confirmation prompt when releasing your SkyLing.
