Drainer

Drainer turns the clock itself into a battery gauge. Huge outlined digits — nearly half the screen tall — fill from the bottom with your remaining battery. Fully charged means solid digits; as the week goes on, watch the time slowly drain. When the fill gets low, so is your watch. No icons, no tiny percent signs, no clutter. Just the date up top and the biggest time digits you can fit on a fēnix, drawn with a custom high-contrast font built for MIP displays. Make it yours — five independent color settings: - Background - Number outline - Number infill - Letters (the date) - Battery fill Choose from 13 colors for each, so you can run stealth gray-on-black, classic green fill, hot pink on white, or anything in between. New — three digit fonts: Classic (the original heavy condensed face), Anton, and Bebas Neue. All three are drawn at the same size and fill identically, so pick whichever shape you like and the battery gauge behaves exactly the same. New — Number Infill: leave it on "None" for the classic hollow digits, or set an infill color and the time stays fully readable at any charge, with the battery simply draining over the top of it. It shines with a black outline on a black background: clean, skinny digits that never disappear at 10%. New — an optional metric row along the bottom. Show 1, 2, or 3 values from steps, floors climbed, active minutes, calories, battery, Body Battery, or heart rate, each with its own label. Off by default; turn it on and pick your sources on the watch or in Garmin Connect. Or let the battery pick the color: switch Fill Color Mode to "Changes with charge level" and the fill shifts from green through lime, yellow, and orange to red as the charge passes 75%, 50%, 25%, and 10% — a glance tells you both the time and how urgently you need a charger. - 12h or 24h time (follows your watch setting) - Day and date on top - Battery level readable at a glance from across the room Colors are configured right on the watch (watch face settings menu, on watches with Connect IQ 4.2.1 or newer) or in the Garmin Connect app. On AMOLED watches, always-on display shows the outlined digits alone — a clean, burn-in-safe look. Lighter on the battery. The face now caches its settings instead of re-reading them on every redraw, takes a single activity reading for the whole metric row instead of one per metric, and no longer polls Body Battery and heart rate more often than those values actually change. Nothing looks different, it just does far less work each time the screen refreshes. Settings changed on the watch still apply immediately.
